There is a new updated 2012 medical form. It has been uploaded to the files, blank forms section. A & B is filled out by parents, C is filled out by physician and is needed for any camp longer than 72 hours.

Flag Planting this weekend: There are two places we have information for flag planting – I will put a signup list online so people can see who is doing what. It may not be complete since this is last minute details.

The second installment of dues is now due. For most of you that is $125, unless you paid in full in November. Come see me at the troop meeting.

Work at our Portola districts cub scout day camp. The dates are July 22-26. Signups for Youth volunteers is online this year. http://daycamps.ocbsa.org/camps.htm. These hours work for school community hours. Great way to give back to our cub scouts. If you want to work specifically with one of our pack 775 dens, you can specify that in the notes part of the signups and then email Denise Colby at kenandde@thecolbys.net so that we can coordinate with the pack.

Mark your calendars for our next Court of Honor - April 30. It will be held in the same room the scouts will be meeting in. For new parents, this is the ceremony where scouts receive their rank advancements and merit badges as well as other awards. We have 2-3 of these each year. It is hosted and run by our scouts.
